What can ¡Padel Padel! gift cards be used for ?

Our e-gift cards can be redeemed for court bookings, coaching sessions, and events through Playtomic (subject to availability).

How do I redeem my gift card?

Please fill out the form above or email us at: info@padel-padel.uk with your gift card code and the email address linked to your Playtomic account. We'll add the credit so you can use it right away.

Do I need a Playtomic account to use a gift card?

Yes. Gift card credit must be applied to a Playtomic account in order to book courts. Creating an account is free and only takes a couple of minutes via the Playtomic app or website. Sign up here: Playtomic

How long are gift cards valid for?

There is no expiry date on the gift card so you can redeem it whenever!

Can gift cards be refunded or exchanged?

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives. Please see our policy for more information.

Can I transfer my gift card to someone else?

Yes! We can transfer the gift card to another person as long as it's unused. Please provide us with both the current owner’s and recipient's registered Playtomic email and the gift card number so we can make the transfer.

What happens if I don't use the full balance in one booking?

Any remaining balance will stay on your Playtomic account, ready to use for future bookings.
